Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

Desert Construction Services, Inc. (“DCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at desertconstructionservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily provide through our contact form. This includes:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name (optional)
  • Service type of interest
  • Any project details or message you choose to share

We do not operate user accounts, comment sections, forums, or login areas, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or quote request
  • Provide the construction services you request
  • Communicate with you about your project

How Your Information Is Transmitted

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email via Google Apps Script, a service provided by Google LLC. Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not store submissions on this website; they are sent directly to our business email at tracy@desertcsinc.com.

Cookies and Tracking

This website is a static site. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The only cookies and similar technologies in use are the strictly necessary ones described below.

Strictly necessary

  • Cloudflare Turnstile. Our contact form uses Turnstile, a bot-detection service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to prevent automated spam submissions. When a page containing the form loads, Turnstile receives your IP address and technical information about your browser and device, and may set a cookie or store a local value in order to tell human visitors from automated ones. This is used only for security and fraud prevention — not for advertising and not to track you across other websites. Cloudflare’s handling of this data is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase Hosting. Our hosting provider (Google LLC) receives standard technical information such as your IP address and user agent in order to deliver the website to you.
  • Your cookie choice. If you respond to our cookie notice, we store your choice locally in your own browser so we do not have to ask again. This value stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Because these are required for the website to function and to stay secure, they are used regardless of your choice in the cookie notice. Under applicable law, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

Non-essential

We do not currently use any non-essential cookies. If that changes, we will only set them after you accept them through our cookie notice, and we will update this page first.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the contact form works. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose information only when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

We retain contact inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and to maintain business records. You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through our website. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
